# EHR Integration: Connect Futurum to Your Records System

> Connect Futurum Health AI to your existing EHR to push completed SOAP notes, charts, and clinical data automatically — no manual data entry.

Futurum integrates directly with your existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, pushing completed clinical notes, SOAP documentation, and billing codes automatically. Your staff never has to manually copy information between systems — every visit ends with a fully populated EHR record.

## What syncs automatically

When a visit concludes, Futurum pushes the complete clinical record to your EHR without any manual intervention. The following data flows automatically from Futurum into your records system:

* **SOAP notes** generated by AI Scribe from the ambient visit recording
* **Clinical charts** structured and formatted by Charting AI for immediate EHR submission
* **ICD and CPT codes** extracted and validated by AI Medical Coder
* **Pre-assessment data** collected by the Health Chronicler before the patient arrived
* **Vitals and intake information** captured and organized by Nursing AI

Every data point is tied to the patient record, the visit timestamp, and the responsible provider — giving you a complete, traceable clinical record with no re-entry required.

## How to connect your EHR
