# Connect Your Wearables and Health Devices to Futurum

> Sync Apple Health, Google Fit, and medical devices with Futurum Health AI to give your doctor continuous, real-time health data from every source.

Futurum's Health Chronicler connects to the health data sources you already use — Apple Health, Google Fit, wearables, and medical devices — and aggregates them into one complete health profile. Your doctor gets a full picture of your health between visits, not just what you remember to mention.

## Supported integrations

Futurum connects to the most widely used consumer health platforms and a broad range of personal medical devices:

## How to connect a data source

  <Step title="Open Settings → Devices">
    Open the Futurum app, tap your profile, and navigate to **Settings → Devices**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your data source">
    Choose the platform or device you want to connect — Apple Health, Google Fit, or a specific medical device.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Grant permissions when prompted">
    Your phone will ask you to authorize Futurum to read data from the selected source. Grant the permissions you're comfortable with — you choose exactly which data types are shared.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Futurum begins aggregating your data immediately">
    Once you grant permissions, the Health Chronicler starts pulling in your health data right away. No additional setup required.

  <Step title="Confirm data is flowing">
    Go to the **Health Overview** tab to verify your connected sources are active and data is being received correctly.

## What data is synced

Once a source is connected, Futurum continuously aggregates the following data types into your health profile:

| Data type             | What's tracked                                                                                      |

| **Heart rate**        | Resting heart rate, active heart rate, and continuous readings where available                      |
| **Sleep**             | Sleep duration, quality indicators, and patterns over time                                          |
| **Activity**          | Daily steps, exercise sessions, and general movement                                                |
| **Additional vitals** | Blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, and other readings from connected medical devices |

This data feeds directly into your pre-visit reports, so your doctor receives an accurate, continuous view of your health — not just a self-reported snapshot from the day of the appointment.

  You control which data sources are connected and can disconnect any source at any time from **Settings → Devices**.
