What syncs automatically

When a visit concludes, Futurum pushes the complete clinical record to your EHR without any manual intervention. The following data flows automatically from Futurum into your records system:
  • SOAP notes generated by AI Scribe from the ambient visit recording
  • Clinical charts structured and formatted by Charting AI for immediate EHR submission
  • ICD and CPT codes extracted and validated by AI Medical Coder
  • Pre-assessment data collected by the Health Chronicler before the patient arrived
  • Vitals and intake information captured and organized by Nursing AI
Every data point is tied to the patient record, the visit timestamp, and the responsible provider — giving you a complete, traceable clinical record with no re-entry required.

How to connect your EHR

Open Integrations in your Futurum dashboard

Navigate to Settings → Integrations in your Futurum clinic dashboard.

Select your EHR system

Choose your EHR from the supported systems list. If you do not see your system, contact info@futurumhealth.ai to ask about compatibility.

Authorize the connection

Enter your EHR credentials to authorize Futurum to read and write patient data on your behalf. Futurum uses encrypted, authenticated connections — your credentials are never stored in plain text.

Map your clinical fields

Match your EHR’s data fields to Futurum’s clinical data structure. Futurum provides a guided field-mapping interface to make this straightforward.

Run a test visit

Complete a test visit and confirm that SOAP notes, codes, and clinical data appear correctly in your EHR. Adjust field mappings if needed before going live.

Every data transmission between Futurum and your EHR travels over an encrypted connection with a full audit log. You can see exactly what was pushed, when it was pushed, and which provider’s visit triggered it — giving you a clear record for compliance reviews and discrepancy investigations.
